Can I replace my fish thanks bulb with a reptile bulb?

Alright, so I have a 20 gallon fish tank (not in use) and it has a hood with a fluorescent bulb in it, I was wondering if I could just replace the bulb that is in there with an 18" Reptisun 5.0 UVB bulb.
