Has avatar come back on T.V yet?

Just wondering havnt had cable since avatar stop showing eps. I think the last ep i saw was when ang and zuko go to see the fire bending masters r something all i remember is 2 dragons XD. Anyways just wondering if new eps started coming out yet and if so does anyone know a site were i can download them and season 3 to?
