Omg im so sick and nothing is helping, any suggestions?

i started feeling a lilttle sick around Friday of last week(it is now Wednesday) it started off with bad headaches and a congested head. now i have the worst sore throat ever, i can barely swallow and my neck is so swollen i can barely move it. my ears hurt so bad i cant bare to hear the slightest sound and my head feels like its gonna explode! i can barely sleep more than 2 hrs at a time and i havent been able to eat any thing but chicken noodle soup and i only had one can of that about 2 days ago...this is no exaggeration, and i cant afford to go to the doctor unless i no im sure to die lol. please someone help me :(
