If i tweak a logo a little and add to it can i sell it with out getting in trouble for copy right?

i want to sell the Dallas cowboys decal logo but dont want to break any copy right or trade mark laws, can i get the logo and add some extra design to it and then sell it with out breaking the law. is there any ways to get around this were i can use any logo and tweak it a little.
