What do you think about spying?

Governments have been spying on each other for as long as there have been governments. Not all spies do covert intelligence collection, many of them are involved in overt intelligence collection. In other words, they don't sneak around stealing secrets, they just keep their eyes open and look for any indication that something is happening.
