My teacher has menopausal 'hot flushes' in the middle of cl?

It's really embaressing, she goes, "Oh, it's hot in here, isn't it?" and opens the window, and then she starts going on about nothing, trying to distract us, and then she gets really snappy. She shouted at me today for absoutely nothing. I was ill the other day yet during the hot flush she blamed me.She goes so red in the face and neck. should i say something?
