HELP, i need canker sore healing?

My two canker sores are really irratating and painful, it's so painful that it is hard to brush my teeth. I need to know if thier is anything at home that I can use to help heal it. I can't go to the store right now so I need some at home remedies, please. Or if you know anything that really works for future references. Thank you.
