This is sad isn't it?

I'd gone to this Customer Care at this satellite radio connection I subscribe to because I was not receiving a signal. I was kept waiting for quite some time. So I walked into the Office to ask if anyone would help me. There was a girl on the phone and she was crying. There were other guys there too. So one guy came forward to help me, but didn't know how. So he went back in and this girl came out and helped me. So I wondered why do people bring their baggage to work. Why are the other people who work there so stupid. Though initially I had apologised when I saw her teary, she was composed later.
