What type of music well be the next reigning king?

Do you think rap will lose the crown in a few years and another type of music will rise? If you remember up until a few years the big thing was pop music...........i.e. the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, N Sync, the Spice Girls, etc. What would you hope would be the next big thing in America?
